After more than 14 months of back and forth negotiations, AVHUSA.COM announced that it had acquired invyME.com, a premium online retailer of higher end hair care products and accessories. The merger is anticipated to be finalized in late October 2019.
The combined company will employ 32 full time staff members with a client base of more than 78K active customers. In a recent press announcement, company officials made it clear that even though product fulfillment and logistics would remain in Charlotte, NC, the newly combined company would stay headquartered in Atlanta, GA and operate as AVHUSA.COM
DonEric Culbreth, the newly hired CEO stated “We’re now in a position to serve our customers more efficiently, make more compelling presentations to salon owners and stylist and lastly, truly establishing ourselves as The All Virgin Hair Authority with the best product on the market.”
