AVHUSA is happy to announce that until further notice we will offer Free Shipping on all orders over 500.00.  All orders are shipped ground 5-8 business days, shipping with either FedEx, UPS, USPS or DHL.
*****COVID-19 (Coronavirus) UPDATE: 
Effective 3/01/2020, AVHUSA has made the decision to discontinue offering overnight delivery due to the fact that carriers can not guarantee this service.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  Instead, we will offer FREE ground shipping on all orders over 500.00 using either FedEx or UPS. USPS or DHL.  Due to the global pandemic, shipping times may vary but you will be able to track your order via our website. 
   
All orders placed before 11:00 AM EST will ship out the same day unless the order requires ID/address verification or an order has been updated by the customer.  Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.  If an uncontrollable event affects the processing at our Warehouse or retail locations, all orders will be processed and shipped the next business day.  All promotion & holiday orders ship out within 72 hours.  

 

Shipping Methods:

Free Shipping [5 - 8 business days] - Signature confirmation is required because ALL packages are insured. Currently we are using either FedEx, UPS, USPS or DHL.

AVHUSA.COM is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays.

In the event that your package is damaged, lost or stolen we will make every effort to promptly file a claim with the delivery partner to recover your order or assist you in filing a claim. 

AVHUSA.COM IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROCESSING AND FULFILLMENT OF YOUR ORDER.  However, in the event of a damaged, lost or stolen package we are unable to refund or credit until a claim has been filed and the carrier has determined they are assuming responsibility for ALL losses.

Signature May Be Required: A signature may be required for all of our orders to be delivered. We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather or carrier delays. Any incorrect billing or shipping information enter by the customer will cause processing delays as well possible cancelation. If you need additional information, please email info@avhusa.com

We do not ship to P.O. BoxesIf your order is submitted with a P.O. Box in the Shipping section, your order will automatically be canceled. All orders may require signature, therefore we can not ship to P.O. BOXES.

We are not responsible for deliveries to the wrong address. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure she or he enters their billing & shipping addresses correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping security guidelines. Please be advised that any incorrect billing and/or shipping information inputted by the customer will cause delays. PLEASE PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER FOR ALL ORDERS PLACED.  Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the customer has entered.  In short, we will not issue any refunds or credits due to customer error.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address on the order. During this time, the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package is returned. If the package is returned, we will contact the customer and reship the order. The customer is responsible for all reshipping costs & handling fees.
